Instructions

Step 1
Chop your mozzarella then mix it with tomato passata, a pinch of salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil.
Step 2
Cut off the edges of your bread slices, flatten each slice with a rolling pin and add your 1 tbsp of filling inside.
Step 3
Beat your eggs with a fork.
Step 4
Cover your PIZZA CANNOLI with eggs, breadcrumbs and bake for 15 mins (180C/360F).
