Who doesn't love Cookie Dough? Especially when it's made with only 5 ingredient, vegan, refined sugar-free and so good for you? It's the perfect little snack to prep ahead!
Keep in mind that this recipe uses Dates which increases the sugar content but due to the fiber, it is way better for your blood sugar level than refined sugar.
