Step 1
Sift flour, add sugar, oats and coconut. Melt butter, with golden syrup and water. Add bicarb. Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2
Roll into balls. Place on tray. Push down lightly with a fork.
Step 3
Bake at 175 for 15-20mins
