Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; cook pasta according to instructions. Reserve 2 c of water. Set aside.
Step 2
Add olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, chili flakes & garlic to a large pan. Cook for ~3 mins or until fragrant.
Step 3
Add remaining butter & lime juice. Add in miso & gochujang. Fry for 1-2 mins.
Step 4
Reduce heat then add cream & parmesan. Stir until the cheese has melted. If the sauce is too thick, add pasta water in 1/4 c increments.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Add pasta to pan. Toss noodles until evenly coated.
Step 7
Plate pasta, top with parmesan, fresh lime zest & additional salt or pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
