Instructions
Step 1
Begin by slicing your bacon and chopping up 1/4 of an onion and mincing 4-5 cloves of garlic.

Heat up your pan and add a splash of oil. Cook your bacon pieces until golden brown.
Step 3
Once that's done, add in diced onions, minced garlic, unsalted butter, 1 slice of cheese, 1 serving of pasta, 250ml of milk and 250ml of water.

Add 3 Tbsp of hot sauce - I used Hot & Things Parmesan Gochujang but you can just add 1 Tbsp of Korean gochujang to replace it!
Step 5
Season with salt & pepper. Add 1/2 of Tbsp of chicken powder now or later if more seasoning is needed.
Step 6
GIve it a little mix and keep the heat turned on medium. Leave it to cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring once in a while so that the pasta doesn't clump.
Step 7
Do a taste test and see if more seasoning is needed. Sprinkle parsley flakes and serve!
