Instructions
Step 1
Boil water, cook Udon, drain the noodles, wash any extra starch off the Udon with cold water, and set aside. (You can use cooked or frozen Udon, also)
Step 2
Heat the oil in a medium pot over medium heat, add beef, and cook about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add onion, cook another 4 minutes.
Step 4
Add water and chicken stock powder, and simmer.
Step 5
Add curry mix, stair until curry soup gets thick.
Step 6
Serve the udon in a pasta bowl, and pour curry sauce. Sprinkle sliced green onion as garnish. Option: Add Tonkatsu as a topping.
