Instructions

Step 1
Prep and clean mushrooms by cutting off 1 inch off the roots. Tear the mushroom into 1 inch portions. Lay the sliced beef flat, place the mushroom on top and roll tightly then place seam side down.
Step 2
For the sauce, combine water, dashi powder, mirin, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and mix.
Step 3
Sauté onions in oil for 3 minutes until translucent then add the beef rolls. Pour in sauce and cover with lid and cook for about 4 minutes or until beef is cooked. Beat eggs together and drizzle into the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes until the egg sets. Top with chopped green onions.
