Instructions
Step 1
Small dice half an onion, mince garlic, and cut bell pepper into thin strips, bring a pot of water to a boil
Step 2
in a pan bring oil to medium-high heat, add onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 3
add bell pepper and continue to cook for 2-3 more minutes
Step 4
add block of ramen to boiling water and cook for 3 minutes
Step 5
once ramen is cooked strain out water and add noodles to a separate bowl in the meantime
Step 6
bring broth and water to a simmer in a pot, while the broth is heating up cube up the tofu into small pieces
Step 7
Once the broth is simmering add the tofu and vegetables and let cook for 5 minutes
Step 8
add spinach and season soup to taste with garlic or onion powder soy sauce or sriracha
Step 9
garnish with sesame seeds or green onions (optional)
