Instructions
Step 1
Take the whole egg and scoop of protein powder, and put them both in a coffee mug and mix them together with a fork until it's blended.
Step 2
Microwave for 1 minute. Voila! Protein mug cake.
Step 3
For nicer texture take it out after 30 seconds and flip over with a spoon.
Step 4
You can add cinnamon, mashed banana, canned pumpkin, or all kinds of deliciousness to this to make it even tastier.
