Protein Chocolate Bar

2 steps
Prep:5min
If you mix together melted coconut oil with cocoa powder, you get unsweetened chocolate. Simple as that. Well, you can replace the cocoa with whey protein powder, either chocolate or vanilla, to end up with a sugar free bar of milk or white chocolate. I preferred the white chocolate with the vanilla protein powder, but the chocolate was good too. This makes 2 servings of about 1 oz (29 g)

Step 2
Note that the texture will differ depending on your protein powder. With vanilla, the melted chocolate resembled more like regular melted chocolate. But with my chocolate protein powder, I ended up with more of a dough, and it was grittier and saltier. Either way, spread the mix into a chocolate mold and refrigerate to harden. Both ended up being solid bars of chocolate in the end
