Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl , combine the flax seeds, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together the the tahini an warm water. Crack the eggs in a separate bowl and whisk. Add teh eggs to the tahibi mixture, saving a little bit of egg in teh bowl. Combine the tahini and eggs, add teh dry ingredients, and mix until everything is smooth. Teh mixture should form a dough; if it doesnt immediately, wait 15 minutes to allow the flax seeds to absorb the excess moisture. Divide the dough into four balls and place on teh lined bakign sheet. wet your hands slightly and shape each dough ball into a 3 in round. With a pastry brush smear some of the lefover egg over the tops, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake for 35-40 mins, until the bun tops are golden brown. Remove from teh pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. once cool, store in an airtight container or bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.
