1 Tbspstevia
1 tspground cinnamon
½ tspbaking powder
½ tspolive oil
4 Tbspunsweetened almond milk

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a mug or small ramekin, mix the flour, Stevia, cinnamon and baking powder.
Step 2
2. Add in the oil and milk and mix until smooth and lump-free.
Step 3
3. Microwave on high for 45-60s, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Set aside to cool.
Step 4
4. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth
Step 5
5. Top the mug cake with the icing and sprinkle with a dash of ground cinnamon. Serve immediately and enjoy!
