Step 1
Butterfly chicken breast if needed
Step 2
Combine egg and milk in a bowl
Step 3
In separate bowl combine flour, crackers, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper. Whisk until combined
Step 4
Dip chicken in egg milk mixture and then in flour cracker mixture
Step 5
In skillet add oil and bring to a medium high heat
Step 6
Place chicken breast in oil and cook until golden brown and cooked completely
Step 7
Cook bacon . allow to cool and crumble
Step 8
Add butter and Use remaining flour mixture to start a rue. Brown rue.
Step 9
Add milk until gravy consistency . Add bacon.
Step 10
Serve beside or on top of chicken
