separated, 3/4 cup and 1/2 cup

Instructions
Step 1
Step 1- Chop 2 cloves of garlic. Crack fresh pepper over the garlic then immediately put into your Vinaigrette 1 cup. Do this step the night before.

Step 2- Roast 2 cloves in the oven. Place 2 cloves of garlic in tin foil roughly twice the size of your palm. Making an open fist as if you where holding a broom handle; press with your thumb into

Step 2- Braze pork in a hot pan with olive oil and fresh cracked pepper. Sear meat on all sides until browned. Be gentle and don't cook the meat!
