Instructions
Step 1
Spread butterflied pork open and season with salt and white pepper.
Step 2
Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and each cheese.
Step 3
Roll each cut tightly and tie.
Step 4
Bring sauce to a simmer in a lg. pot. Simmer meat in sauce 3 hrs. until fork tender.
Step 5
Remove and cut twine. Serve whole or sliced, covered with sauce and cheese.
