Frozen Herb & Garlic Stock Cube

This is what I've been doing with any leftover herbs, leafy greens, garlic and/or ginger.
Add handfuls of herbs/leafy greens plus raw garlic and/or ginger to a food processor or blender, stream in small amounts of water until the mixture is smooth and pourable.
Fill ice cube trays or reusable moulds with the mixture, freeze overnight and use the next day or weeks/months later.
This condensed flavour-bomb is great for soups, stews, curries and much more.
When you're ready, add the frozen cube to a saucepan/ frying pan over medium heat, melt until the water has evaporated then begin adding your fresh ingredients to make whatever dish you desire.
