Instructions
Step 1
To prepare your Mango Salad, start by cutting the mangoes, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in small cubes.
Step 2
Slice the seeded cucumber and the bell pepper finely.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Juice the key lime and pour over the salad.
Step 4
Season with sea salt and pepper and let marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before eating.
