Add zucchini and brown for 2 min

Make room in center of pan and add onion

Cook onion for 2 minutes until translucent

Make room in center of pan and add kielbasa
Step 6
Brown for 2-3 minutes and add tomatoes, undrained
Step 7
Bring to slow boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until zucchini reaches desired tenderness
Step 8
Scoop into a bowl and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top
