Step 1

Cook your meatballs in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes
Step 2

Chop your onion and mushrooms
Step 3

Fry the onion and mushrooms on medium-high heat for approx 5 minutes
Step 4

Brown off your meatballs in the pan and add garlic, salt, pepper
Step 5

Add stock dissolved in water and mustard and let simmer for 1-2 minutes
Step 6

Add 2 large spoonfuls of Creme fraiche and let simmer some more until your sauce thickens
