Instructions

Step 1
Slice mushrooms, onions, cilantro and jalapeno pepper as preferred for topping.
Step 2
Add olive oil and minced garlic to skillet over med-high heat.
Step 3
Cube chicken into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces.
Step 4
Add Chicken to skillet with minced garlic.
Step 5
Season chicken with garlic powder and onion powder.
Step 6
Reduce heat to medium until done.
Step 7
While chicken is simmering, add 2-3 cartons of chicken broth, 2-4 tbs of soy sauce and 2-4 tbs of sesame oil to pot for boiling.
Step 8
Once broth is boiling add 2-3 tbs of Tuong Ot Toi Viet-Nam Chili Garlic Sauce, sliced mushrooms, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.
Step 9
When mushrooms are soft then add 1-2 packs of rice noodles.
Step 10
Bring broth back to boil for 5 minutes then reduce heat to low-medium.
Step 11
When chicken is done then add 4-6 tbs of oyster sauce and cook on medium high until sauce is thick and caramelized. Remove from heat.
Step 12
Serve with noodles, broth and top with all toppings, chicken and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
