Step 1
Directions for making Hamburger Casserole
Step 2
Step 1 - Heat the Olive oil in a skillet
Step 3
Step 2 - Add the onion to the oil and cook until they are translucent
Step 4
Step 3 - Add the ground beef to the onion and brown completely
Step 5
Step 4 - Mix the hashbrowns, cream of mushroom soup, milk and 1 cup of shredded cheese into the ground beef and mix together
Step 6
Step 5 - Place the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Step 7
Step 6 - Add the last 1/2 cup of shredded cheese to the top of the casserole for the last 10 minutes of baking. Enjoy!
