Ingredients

1extra firm tofu
black
2red bell peppers
2green bell peppers
0.5red onion
1can pineapple chunks
2 Tbspcooking oil
Sweet and Sour Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a wok over medium high heat, pan fry the tofu until crispy on both sides.
Step 2
Transfer tofu to a bowl. Reduce heat to medium and add vegetables and stir fry until slightly soft.
Step 3
Add pineapple chunks and tofu.
Step 4
In a small mixing bowl, combine sauce ingredients and mix together.
Step 5
Add to wok and stir until sauce has thickened. Serve with rice.
