Instructions
Step 1
1. Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl blend/mash bananas

3. Add vanilla essence and oil - if using coconut oil, make sure it is fully melted first.

4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients bowl, mix and if too tough add a couple dashes of mylk about 30ml should be fine.
Step 5
5. Line a tin with baking paper, pour mixture into tin and put into an oven at 180c for 20 mins initially.
Step 6
6. Check if cooked by poking a stick through, if not put back in for a further 15-20 mins. Cover with foil so the top doesn't burn. Keep checking every 10 mins afterwards.
Step 7
7. Take out oven and leave to cool on a rack for 5 minutes then EAT!
