Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly dry chicken, heat butter in pan over medium heat, season chicken with salt and pepper, brown on all sides, move to plate and cover with foil.
Step 2
Add more butter to pan if necessary. Add onions and cook until softened. Add all other ingredients to pan, stir, bring to boil.
Step 3
Add chicken and any drippings to pan. Cover and reduce heat. Turn the chicken occasionally. Cook until chicken is done (time will vary depending on chicken parts). Season with more salt/pepper as needed.
Step 4
Garnish with greens. Serve with couscous or sautéed vegetables
