Step 1
Start by creaming together your softened butter, condensed milk, and vanilla. Fold in your flour and rest of the dry ingredients until the dough comes together.
Step 2
Chill the dough in the freezer for at least 5min. Preheat your oven to 350f in the meantime. To mold the dough, use a cookie mold if you have one, or roll the dough in parchment paper to form a log and then cut the pieces.
Step 3
Place the cookies on a parchment lined baking pan and let it sit in the freezer for another 5min, before baking in the oven for 12-14min.
Step 4
To make the cream topping, simply combine the heavy cream and vanilla instant pudding, and then whip until the cream is thicker. Let it sit in the fridge while the cookies cool down, then transfer to a piping bag.
Step 5
Generously pipe cream on top of the cookie, and then dip it into a plate of sugar to coat it evenly. Use a kitchen torch to toast the top. Enjoy!
