Buffalo Navy Bean Wrap

This wrap is perfect for a summer lunch or dinner. It is easy and delicious yet light and refreshing at the same time and it comes together in 20 minutes (or less) with minimal cooking required!

Instructions

For the buffalo sauce

Step 1
In a saucepan over medium high heat, melt your butter. Add in your hot sauce, followed by your Worcestershire sauce and white wine vinegar. Mix to combine.

Leave mixture to come to a high simmer (or slight boil). Mix consistently until everything is fully combined. Turn off heat and set aside to cool

For the navy bean mixture

Step 3
In a bowl add in your cooked navy beans. Mash to combine. Be sure to leave some whole beans in there for added texture! Once beans are smashed, add in your Greek yogurt and buffalo sauce. Mix to combine. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

To assemble

Step 4
On a sheet of flatbread, spread your navy bean mixture followed by the toppings of your choice. Tightly roll the flatbread lengthwise to make your wrap. Serve and enjoy:)
