Instructions

Crispy onions

Step 1
Slice the onion.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients except for the oil t o a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a small pot. Add the onions and fry for about 2min until crispy and golden brown.

Chicken

Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the chicken and half the seasoning. Put on a lid and let fry for about 3-4min.
Step 5
Flip the chicken and season again. Put on a lid and let fry for another 3-4min.
Step 6
Now slice the chicken breast.

Sandwich

Step 7
Cut the baguette in half. Spread one half with the chili mayonnaise and the other with the mayonnaise.
Step 8
Top the bottom half with the chicken and raclette cheese.
Step 9
Bake in the oven at 180 degree grill station for about 2min until the cheese has melted.
Step 10
Place the fried onions on top.
Step 11
Stack the other baguette half on top and enjoy!
