Chicken casserole

I've not added much spices or herbs in this because i used a homemade chicken stock which i have in my freezer where i used a lot of spices and flavours in that. If you are using a normal chicken stock cube, add your spices and flavours you wish for your pallet.

Instructions

Step 1
dice and sear the chicken in the electric pressure cooker (fast slow pro) add all the veg and stock. put the setting on Pressure Cook on Casserole and reduce the time to 30 mins. When thats finished, stir in warm water with corn flour then put in casserole then reduce the liquid and stir in the creme fraiche. serve with greens
