A simple way to get more Chia into your diet. The recipe calls for a healthy sweetener like stevia but sometimes I use raw turbinado sugar and it really adds to the taste.

Instructions

Step 1
Gently heat 2 cups of berries in 1/4 cup water until soft.
Step 2
Mash with a fork , adding 2 tbsp of chia, 1 tbsp lemon juice and healthy sweetener to taste.
Step 3
Cool and spoon into a jam jar.
