Step 1
Heat almond flour tortilla on skillet plan. Enough to make soft.
Step 2
Spread 3 cloves of garlic confit to tortilla. Follow with avocado and quinoa.
Step 3
Cook egg as desired. Add to tortilla when finished. Sprinkle seeds on top of egg. Add sriracha on top.
Step 4
Garnish with parsley and sprouts.
