Ingredients

2 teaspoonsdried oregano
2 teaspoonsdried basil
1 teaspoondried thyme
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoongarlic powder
Kosher salt
black pepper
freshly ground, to taste
2 lbsboneless skinless chicken thighs
1 headromaine
roughly chopped
1 cupcucumber
diced
1 cupcherry tomatoes
halved
1avocado
halved, seeded, peeled and sliced
0.5red onion
small, thinly sliced
½ cuppitted kalamata olives
4 ouncesfeta
cubed
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Step 2
Season chicken with oregano mixture.
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Step 4
Add chicken to grill, and cook, turning occasionally, until chicken is completely cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Step 5
To assemble the salad, place romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
Step 6
Top with chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, onion, olives and feta.
Step 7
Pour Greek dressing on top of the salad and gently toss to combine.
Step 8
Serve immediately.
