Almond milk

2 steps
Prep:5min
Making your own almond milk is actually so easy! It’s a little treat of creaminess and all-around superiority over store-bought . In this recipe I’m giving you all the ingredients you need for a delicious plant based milk . This version doesn’t contain sunflower lecithin (keeps the milk mixed without splitting), so give it a good old stir when use as we like things simple. The secret for the creaminess of it is to soak the almonds even for 2 days changing water a couple of times , the longer you soak the almonds, the creamier the milk will be but if you’re doing it last minute its totally fine to blend the fresh almonds straight away with the rest of the ingredients. Checkout how to use the leftover almond pulp for some east to make and delicious treats in one of my other recipes.
