For Dumplings
100gBrown Lentils
cooked
30gonion
chopped
30gcarrot
diced
80gcabbage
sliced
1 tspcumin powder
1 tsppink salt
½ Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspoil
to cook
16dumpling
each
1 tspblack sesame
to garnish
1 tspgarlic
crispy
100gbok choy
coked
1 TbspSpring onion
chopped
100goyster mushrooms
cooked
1 Tbspoil
to cook mushrooms
For soup
Instructions
To make dumplings
Step 1
Cook all the dumplings ingredients together and let it cool
Step 2
Roll the filling in dumpling seeds and set aside
To make soup
Step 3
Add water into a big pot
Step 4
Add pink salt
Step 5
When the water start to boil add garlic, onion, white radish and carrot
Step 6
Another boil add Coriander root, Coriander seeds, White pepper corn and Cloves
Step 7
Flavor with Soy sauce
To serve
Step 8
Cook dumplings in hot boiling water

Add Cooked bok choy into a bowl at the bottom

Plate dumplings into a bowl

Pour the soup over
Step 12
Sprinkle on Chopped spring onion and black sesame seeds

Add Roasted oyster mushrooms
Step 14
Sprinkle on crispy garlic and serve
