Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Step 2
In medium bowl - combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
Step 3
In large bowl - cream together eggs & sugar
Step 4
Stir in mashed bananas, vanilla, butter, & cinnamon
Step 5
Stir flour mixture into wet mixture until just combined
Step 6
Crush your walnuts to a desired size and fold them into the batter. You don't have to use the whole cup, just use however many feels right. You can reserve some to sprinkle on top once it's in the tin.
Step 7
Pour batter into a 9" by 5" loaf tin
Step 8
Bake for ~1 hr. Check with a toothpick to see if it's done, if the toothpick comes out wet then put it in for 15 more minutes and repeat.
