🌟1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
🌟2 Eggs
🌟1/2 Tsp garlic minced
🌟Salt for taste
🌟1/4 Tsp crushed chilli flakes
🌟1 Tbsp Butter
🌟1/2 Tsp lemon juice.
🌟Chopped coriander for garnish
🌟1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
To poach the eggs:
🌟Into a pan add the water and bring it to a boil.
🌟Reduce the heat down to medium heat and let the pot come to a gentle simmer. Add vinegar.
🌟Crack your eggs into a small bowl.
🌟Place your egg into the pan and start a timer for 2.5 minutes.
🌟Drain them using a spider or slotted spoon.

To make the yogurt

🌟Add the yoghurt into a mixing bowl.
🌟Add minced garlic,lemon juice and salt.
🌟Mix well.

Butter sauce:
🌟Melt the butter in a pan
🌟Add the crushed chilli to the pan and allow it to infuse into the butter.
To Assemble the Plate:

🌟Add the yoghurt mixture into a plate and spread it out with the back of a spoon.
🌟Place the eggs on top.
🌟Pour the butter mixture on top of the eggs.
🌟Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
🌟Serve with bread and enjoy.
