Instructions

Step 1
Marinate chicken and veggies over night
Step 2
Pour some remaining marinade over chicken & veggies once on the baking pan.
Step 3
Bake chicken & veggies at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cover with foil if veggies are burning.
Step 4
Cook rice in instapot for 22 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the rest of the marinade in a pot and boil for a few minutes and add flour to thicken for a sauce.
