Instructions
Step 1
Mix chili sauce & soy sauce together. Set aside.
Step 2
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Fill frying pan with up to 1/2" level of oil.
Step 4
Fry chicken in batches till golden brown. Set aside.
Step 5
Empty excess oil out of pan and then sauté onion, ginger & garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Pour chili soy mixture into pan, add chicken and toss to coat.
Step 7
Simmer for 3-5 minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
Step 8
Top with fresh cilantro to garnish.
