Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Step 2
Combine raisins and hazelnuts in a food processor or blender and process until finely chopped.
Step 3
Then, with the motor running, add honey and cheese and continue to process until a soft ball forms.
Step 4
Spoon cheese mixture into cavities of pears and set them in an ovenproof casserole.
Step 5
Pour juice around them and bake until pears are tender, about 35 minutes.
Step 6
Serve hot as a dessert, breakfast, or snack.
