Beef stew pizza
Asian fusion experiment works with lots of flavors. Try finer cut ingredients but not too fine as to loose all juices. Mozzarella optional.

Instructions
Step 1
Sear beef on oiled pan
Step 2
Stir in diced tomato
Step 3
Stir in ginger, star anise, and bay leaf when they can be submerged by the tomato juice
Step 4
Stir in soy sauce and simmer off excess liquids until pasta sauce consistency. Discard the star anise and it’s broken particles. Star anise is not edible and is only for flavor.
Step 5
Mix flour, water, and yeast in a bowl
Step 6
Cover and set aside to double in size for about 1 hour. Sprinkle about fistful of flour and knead again. Set aside for another hour.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake pizza with desired ingredients for about 5 minutes. Optionally, I prefer to cook mine in an oiled pan on low heat and flipping when toasted because it has a better crunch. If you left outer crust, sprinkle garlic powder and olive oil before serving.
