Patio Antipasto Platter
2 steps
Prep:20min
Dinner tonight is a practice run for sunny patio grazing evenings. This is my favourite way to eat in the summer...A little of this, a little of that. A great mix of textures and spice. Pick all of your favourite things, gather your favourite hearts and eat slowly, winding dinner around the conversation.
Okay...the pic is a little exaggerated - you're only feeding 4 people not 100 :)

Instructions
Step 1
Let your creativity soar here. The only direction to be mindful of the amount of time items spend out of refrigeration.
Step 2
It’s kind for diners as well if you keep meat separate from cheeses and vegetables. This makes dinner enjoyable for omnivores, vegetarian and vegan diners.
