Instructions
Step 1
Cut potato’s into smaller pieces and put them on to boil
Step 2
Slice chicken into strips, season, star searing in a pan
Step 3
Combine Philadelphia with chicken stock and mix together
Step 4
Once browned remove chicken from pan and add in the Philadelphia and chicken stock. Cook on low/med heart until sauce thickens.
Step 5
Add chicken back to pan to coat in the sauce
Step 6
Plate everything up and enjoy
