This is a great chicken dish to make. Super fast with your choice of vegetables. Try to get a nice sear on the skin, if it takes too long to cook in the pan, finish in the oven or air fryer.

4 tbsp seasoning blend
Instructions

1. Season chicken thighs with seasoning blend

2. Place chicken thighs skin side down into a hot oiled pan

5. Flip chicken and cook thoroughly

9. In the same pan, add the broccolini
