HEALTHY cinnamon crunch banana bread
made with OAT FLOUR!!
1 3/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3 mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 egg
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon crumb:
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup coconut sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine all the wet ingredients together and then add in your dry ingredients.
In a small separate bowl mix the crumble
Pour half of the batter in a pan and then add in the cinnamon mixture and more cinnamon. Then add in the rest of the batter and crumble on top. Bake for 45-50 min!
If the top is burning add tin foil about 35 min in.
