Instructions
Step 1
Set IP to saute. Meanwhile begin prepping/chopping vegetables. A large dice will do for all.
Step 2
Once IP is HOT add oil and turkey. Chop and brown turkey. Add garlic and bouillon when nearly browned.
Step 3
Push meat to one side and add all peppers and onion to pot to begin to sauté. Stir several times to allow veggies to begin to soften, add salt now if desired.
Step 4
Once veggies soften and settle a bit, add dry egg noodles on top, spread evenly. Set mushrooms on top of noodles. Add 1 full can of beans and second can drained. Add mushroom soup to top then pour over broth.
Step 5
Close and seal pot. Set to high pressure 4 mins. Once complete, fast release.
Step 6
Stir. Add cheese and half and half. Stir to combine again.
