Apple Crumble with Oats

Instructions
Step 1
Half, core, and thinly slice each apple. Add to a large bowl. Add the rest of the apple mix ingredients (honey, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, salt, and cloves), and toss until fully coated. Transfer to lightly greased 9x13” pan

Step 2
Next, prepare the topping. Mix together the crisp topping ingredients (quick oats, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Evenly crumble the mixture on top of the apples

Step 3
Bake at 350F (covered) for about 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apples are syrupy and tender, but not mushy. Broil the top for a few minutes to brown it more if desired. Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing
