Here’s a fresh, homemade & zero waste pasta recipe, great fun to make with the kids and very rewarding too. Multiply the recipe to suite your needs, I normally work on 1 egg per person. I often see recipes on here for fresh pasta using just egg yolks, it strikes me as wasteful, I mean what do they do with all the egg whites?! Here’s the zero waste recipe I use

Kneed together with your hands, if it starts to stick keep on until it comes together
