Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 350. grease or line a muffin tin


Step 2
Mash bananas in a bowl and put aside for now


Step 3
Cream butter and sugar together




Step 4
Add eggs and mix


Step 5
Add flour, baking soda and salt to creamed mixture. Mix well.





Step 6
Fold in mashed bananas, vanilla, and nuts.



Step 7
Pour mixture into muffin tins. Bake 12-15 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.


Step 8
Cool pan for 10 minutes and then remove the muffins
