Instructions
Step 1
Boil your elbows or cavatappi according to the box instructions. Add a small amount of lobster flavor Better than Bouillon into the water so the flavor can soak into the pasta. Drain pasta and set aside.

To a pan over medium low heat, add butter

Once butter is melted, add the flour and whisk into butter until smooth

Add your seasonings of choice

Whisk in 3 cups of half and half slowly until it thickens up
Step 6
Add shredded cheeses of your choice saving some for the layering and the top.
Step 7
Add half of your elbows or cavatappi to a baking pan. Pour in half the cheese sauce. Add about half the lobster meat. Mix together. Add some cheese on top. Repeat with the other half of pasta and cheese sauce. Add almost all the remaining lobster meat saving some to place on top. Top with remaining cheese and reserved lobster meat. Season the top if desired.
Step 8
Bake on 350 for about 20-25 minutes. You can add more bake time for a firmer inside and bake less time if you prefer a creamier Mac and cheese.
Step 9
It will thicken as it rests so don’t be alarmed if it looks runny when you first take it out of the oven.
