Instructions

Step 1
1. Add chopped garlic, sliced shallot, lemon zest, butter, chili flake and cook for 1 minute.

2. Add wine to the pot, cook for 5 minutes

3. Add mussels and cook for 5 minutes, or until mussels are open.
Step 4
4. Remove mussels with slotted spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste, fresh herbs, and add olive oil to mussel broth.
Step 5
5. Add mussels back to mussel broth and serve with lemon slices.
