Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375F (190C).
In a large bowl, sift together glutinous rice flour, dutch cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix to combine.

Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract and mix.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and mix until fully combined.
Step 4
Grease a 9x9 baking dish (or line with parchment paper/banana leaves). Pour the batter into the baking dish and top with chocolate chunks or chocolate chips.

Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
